Book a desk. Sit with your team.
Your people don't think in floor plans. They think: "Which day am I going in, who else will be there, and where should I sit?" InOffice Day starts there — and takes seconds, not clicks.
Desks and seats first. Meeting rooms stay where they work today — your calendar.
How it works
Seconds for employees. One paste for admins.
Most tools start from a map and make people hunt for a rectangle. We start from the day — the map is there when it helps, never as homework.
Pick your days
Open a link, choose a day or a recurring weekly pattern — “Tuesdays and Thursdays” without a floor-map scavenger hunt.
See who's in
Team and colleague presence for that day, with privacy controls your people actually trust. Decide with your team, not next to strangers.
Take the suggested seat
We suggest a desk near your team with transparent reasons. Accept it or pick another. Booking lands in your calendar; web or link check-in; no-shows free after grace.
Concierge setup
Send us your floor plan. We return a working version of your office.
A floor-plan image or PDF plus a desk list is all we need. You get a mapped, bookable office — desk pools, team zones, equipment, booking rules — without a software configuration project.
Send your floor planSetup €199–€750 one-time · first mapped floor free during the pilot program
Why teams stay
Nobody cares about desk 47. They care who's around it.
"Sit me near the Product team on Tuesday." Team-neighborhood seating is the difference between a booking tool and a reason to come in.
Team-first seating
- Suggested seats near your team, with visible scoring reasons
- Desk notes for equipment (monitors, standing, quiet)
- Transparent rules — no black-box scoring
- Recurring patterns: your Tuesday days book themselves
Keep assigned desks — release the empty ones
- Not ready for hot-desking? Nobody has to give up their desk
- "Release my desk" on remote days — one tap
- Per-day pool only; next morning it's theirs again
- Empty capacity becomes usable without a seating revolution
Our position
InOffice Day plans office days; it does not score employees. Employees control their visibility (teammates / whole office / counts only). Presence and booking data default to a 90-day retention period (configurable). Managers see capacity and utilization — never speculative productivity scores. Booking intent and actual attendance stay distinct.
If you're shopping for return-to-office enforcement software, we're not it — and your employees will thank you for the difference.
Pricing
Flat desk tiers. Adoption is never penalized.
Per-employee pricing punishes you for the thing you want — everyone using it. We price by desks. Self-serve free is capped at 10 desks; larger offices start with a pilot.
